Evidence Vault

Evidence Vault & Source Index

This page is the structured index for the evidence underlying statements made on this site about Chad Eugene Willis, Plus Brand Industries Inc., Agua Plus, precursor entities (including World Energy Research and By Nature / Bamboo Nutra), and associated brands, programs, and promotions.

The Vault distinguishes between documented facts (e.g. court orders, official registrations), primary-source materials (e.g. contracts, emails, site captures), and allegations or narratives (e.g. consumer complaints and media reports). Not all underlying documents are publicly viewable; some are held under restricted access and described in summary form only.

Vault Status & Access Model

This is an index, not a full document dump. Where exhibits cannot be published in full (privacy, legal, or security reasons), a redacted or summarised description is provided instead.

Redacted Packets & Clarifications

Accredited journalists and legal representatives may request redacted evidence packets and clarification of how particular statements on this site are sourced. These packets can include:

  • Key exhibits supporting a specific statement, timeline event, or claim cluster.
  • Context notes separating allegation-level material from established public records.
  • Update logs showing when new documents were added or corrections made.

Methodology & Chain of Custody

Evidence is collected from official registries, court portals, law-enforcement records, public company filings, historical website and social-media captures, news outlets, consumer-review platforms, and direct communications.

  • Archival practice: where possible, source pages and documents are preserved as PDF/HTML captures with timestamps.
  • Hashing: key files (orders, agreements, critical emails) are stored with cryptographic hashes to ensure integrity.
  • Segregated storage: sensitive items (personal data, banking details, email headers) are held in a restricted archive for use by counsel and regulators.
  • Cross-reference: each public statement on this site can be traced back to at least one underlying exhibit or capture group.

Evidence Types

  • Regulatory & court exhibits (orders, case summaries, statutory references).
  • Corporate & IP filings (company registries, SEC EDGAR, IP offices).
  • Marketing & web archives (historic Plus Brand / Agua Plus sites, sponsorship claims, investor pages).
  • Media & complaint reports (news investigations, scam-track articles, forum threads, reviews).
  • Internal & bilateral communications (emails, demand letters, MoUs, draft agreements).
  • Victim impact materials (statements, loss summaries, supporting financial records).
  • Research logs (structured OSINT and AI-assisted trace-paths, human-reviewed).

C) Marketing, Website & Social Captures

This group covers the public-facing narrative: how Plus Brand / Agua Plus and precursor ventures presented themselves to consumers, investors, and partners over time.

C1. Corporate & Product Sites

  • Historic captures of plusbrand.com, aguapluswater.com and related domains showing: product ranges, sponsorship logos, celebrity images, and claims about scale, reach, and social following.
  • Archived versions of site sections labelled “Investor” and “Technology & Licensing”, describing investment-style opportunities, licensing frameworks, and “All-Scratch” technology positioning.
  • Edits and removals over time (e.g. disappearance of investor/licensing menu items or changes in sponsorship claims), recorded with timestamped comparison captures.

These materials directly support statements in the Investor & Licensing Programs and Retail, Sponsorship & Distribution Footprint sections.

C2. Social & Sponsorship Claims

  • Screenshot sets of posts and profile pages referring to Major League Pickleball, minor-league baseball affiliations, Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre, Arizona Athletic Grounds, and celebrity or influencer endorsements.
  • Marketplace listings (e.g. Amazon, Walmart) advertising Agua Plus / Plus Brand products, including price points, packaging, and product descriptions.
  • Captures of posts and materials claiming “hundreds of millions of impressions” or large follower numbers, where these are used as part of a pitch or credibility frame.

These items are used to verify that specific sponsorships and distribution claims were publicly made at certain times. They do not imply that any such relationship is current.

D) Media Coverage & World Energy / Guatemala Materials

This group focuses on World Energy Research, the Guatemala hydro project, and early public reporting on related investment schemes.

  • EV-D1 – New Zealand investigations: scanned and downloaded copies of 2011 New Zealand media coverage examining World Energy Research, the Guatemala hydroelectric project, and investor complaints.
  • EV-D2 – Investor complaint narratives: compilations of public statements and reports describing alleged losses, non-payment, or non-delivery of promised returns in connection with World Energy schemes.
  • EV-D3 – Promotional documents: project overviews, pitch decks, or site text used to market World Energy investments, including representations regarding capital raised and expected returns.

These materials contain a mixture of reported fact and allegations. They are presented as evidence of what was publicly claimed and contested, not as court findings against every individual involved.

E) Consumer Reviews & Scam-Report Platforms

This group captures the consumer and investor experience layer across different eras of activity (World Energy, By Nature / Bamboo Nutra, Plus Brand / Agua Plus).

  • EV-E1 – 2011 complaint clusters: archived consumer reviews and scam-report forum posts from 2011 relating to energy-investment schemes and associated individuals, focusing on non-payment, non-delivery, and difficulty recovering funds.
  • EV-E2 – Nutrition / supplement-era complaints: reviews and complaint threads referencing By Nature / Bamboo Nutra, covering shipping issues, refunds, subscription billing, and product quality.
  • EV-E3 – Agua Plus / Plus Brand consumer reports: later-era consumer comments and posts regarding Agua Plus products, delivery experiences, and customer service interactions, including any references to previous ventures.

These sources are allegation-level evidence. They are preserved to show patterns and public sentiment, not to substitute for court findings. Where possible, they are cross-checked against official records and internal communications.

F) Internal Communications, Agreements & Payment Materials

This group consists of direct emails, message threads, agreements, and payment records between affected parties and individuals connected to the entities described on this site. Most of these items are restricted due to privacy and legal considerations.

  • EV-F1 – Email correspondence sets: curated message chains between investors, partners, and representatives of Plus Brand / Agua Plus and related entities. These document representations made, timelines promised, explanations given, and positions taken in response to requests for repayment or clarification.
  • EV-F2 – Memorandum of Understanding (MoU): a signed Memorandum of Understanding between key parties setting out expectations regarding repayment, cooperation, and steps toward an agreed resolution (2024–2025).
  • EV-F3 – Non-binding Investment Repayment & Compensation Agreement: draft non-binding agreement outlining proposed repayment schedules, acknowledgement of amounts, and compensation structures. Used to evidence that repayment and redress were formally canvassed.
  • EV-F4 – Payment records: bank statements, transfer confirmations, and accounting summaries showing funds paid into entities or programs connected with the activities mapped on this site, and the gap between amounts paid and amounts recovered.

These materials are generally not published in full. Redacted extracts may be provided to regulators, journalists, or legal counsel upon appropriate request and subject to privacy safeguards.

G) Victim Impact & Loss Summaries

This group underpins the Victim Impact section in the Registry & Records page and pools data from multiple time periods and ventures.

  • EV-G1 – Individual statements: anonymised witness statements and personal narratives describing financial loss, health impacts, family strain, and long-term consequences.
  • EV-G2 – Aggregated loss tables: spreadsheets and summaries consolidating reported losses across different schemes and eras (energy, nutrition, later Agua Plus-linked activities), with conservative and high-range estimates.
  • EV-G3 – Corroborating documentation: supporting documents such as account statements, prior contracts, and correspondence that corroborate key elements of the statements.

Figures cited publicly (for example, “tens of millions in reported losses”) are grounded in this material but remain subject to independent audit. This site does not claim to have conducted a full forensic accounting.

H) Research Logs & AI-Assisted Analysis

This group documents the structured research process used to connect entities, brands, and representations, including AI-assisted work and manual verification.

  • EV-H1 – OSINT & research notes: chronological logs and notes from open-source intelligence work, including domain history, cross-linking of officer names, and tracking of brand reuse across ventures.
  • EV-H2 – AI-assisted trace-paths: selected exports of AI chat sessions and trace diagrams used to surface links between corporate records, IP filings, marketing claims, and complaint clusters. Human review is used to separate robust connections from speculative ones.
  • EV-H3 – Version history: captures showing how this site, and its understanding of the fact pattern, has evolved as new evidence was added or clarified.

AI outputs are treated as aids to research, not as evidence in themselves. Only where AI-assisted findings are confirmed by primary documents do they inform statements on other pages.

I) Updates, Corrections & Access Requests

This Vault is a living record. New evidence, certified documents, and clarifications will be added as they are obtained.

  • Corrections: Any party able to provide certified documents showing an inaccuracy in the records or descriptions on this site may submit them for review. Where verified, corrections will be made and timestamped.
  • Access by regulators / law-enforcement: Agencies may request direct access to restricted exhibits. Where legally permitted, the complete file set (including hashes) can be supplied.
  • Access by journalists / counsel: Redacted packets can be prepared to support responsible reporting or litigation, again subject to privacy and safety considerations.

Important: this site does not claim that every allegation recorded here has been proven in court. Its purpose is to document what has been officially recorded, publicly claimed, and credibly reported, and to preserve the underlying evidence so that regulators, courts, and investigators can make their own determinations.

Victims & Witnesses Register (Public-Record Pattern)

For the purposes of this archive, every victim account is treated as a witness statement describing conduct linked to Chad Eugene Willis and related entities. Individually, these are victim narratives; collectively, they form a pattern of repeat behaviour across jurisdictions and time.

Aggregated Pattern Snapshot

  • Timeframe: Multiple cohorts over ~15+ years, spanning World Energy Research, Bamboo Nutra / By Nature, Plus Brand Industries Inc., Agua Plus / Agua Plus Alkaline and related labels.
  • Core themes: investment-style offers, licensing / reward-style programs, delayed or missing repayments, disputed product or program delivery, and reliance on “patent” or technology claims as credibility anchors.
  • Impact bands: individual losses ranging from smaller sums to seven-figure amounts; aggregate exposure in the tens of millions of dollars, with lifetime totals potentially materially higher.
  • Regulatory context: many accounts describe conduct occurring after the Michigan DIFS Order of Prohibition #06-4287, meaning each victim may simultaneously be a witness to activity occurring during a period of regulatory restriction.

A more granular internal matrix is maintained offline, mapping each witness entry by approximate date, jurisdiction, entity/brand used, category of loss, and source documentation (contracts, bank records, email chains, screenshots). This matrix is available to authorised law-enforcement and regulatory bodies on request.
